You can spend 45 days in Exceed's Work Futures Program to determine your employment desires; commitment to work; vocational interests and aptitude; and the extent of your work history.
During that time, you will participate in classroom activities and counseling, as well as planning sessions and work sampling in both sheltered and community work environments.
Then our professional staff will prepare a detailed plan that you can use to develop your long-term employment goals.
